When someone pays you money to renew a domain, it’s expected that you will renew a domain.
You might say that you never received payment, of course, and it would be our word against yours, but it really doesn’t help your case when, about two months ago, you sent us a receipt saying that the domain had been renewed for another year.
So, well done.
